In the heart of Mandi Gobindgarh, a town known more for its steel mills than slow brews, something unexpected was brewing, quite literally.
It began with Aditya Aggarwal, a coffee enthusiast with a restless curiosity and a taste for invention. What started as a personal experiment, an attempt to create a rich, versatile coffee base that could be used across drinks, desserts, and beyond soon turned into something more. After countless kitchen sessions and failed batches, he stumbled upon a smooth, velvety blend that felt like liquid gold. It wasn’t just coffee. It was a delectable coffee liqueur but without the alcohol.
The flavor was deep, indulgent, with notes of caramel, dark rum, and roasted coffee, yet completely non-alcoholic. A twist no one expected. Excited by the discovery, Aditya knew he couldn’t keep it to himself. So he reached out to Rushil Gupta, his old college friend, a fellow food lover and brand wizard. Over long conversations, quick sips, and spontaneous taste tests, the duo realized they had something more than just a recipe, they had a vision.
And just like that, Mandi was born. A tribute to the town where it started. A toast to bold flavours, creative sparks, and the sheer joy of experimenting with something new.
