Tiramisu, but elevated. This rich and creamy classic made with luscious mascarpone cheese is layered with the espresso-goodness of Mandi Unique Coffee Liqueur for that extra depth and warmth. Ingredients
- 250gms. Mascarpone Cheese
- 40gms. Caster Sugar
- 200gms. Softly Whipped Cream
- Vanilla Sponge Cake or Ladyfinger Biscuits ● 30-60ml. Mandi Unique Coffee Liqueur
Method
- In a bowl take 250 grams of Mascarpone Cheese.
- Beat it until it softens and looks creamy.
- Add 40 grams of caster sugar and beat till smooth.
- Take 200 grams of whipping cream and whip it to
- soft peaks.
- Add this to the mascarpone cheese and beat till it’s mixed well. (This is now the
- Mascarpone Mousse)
- Add vanilla extract (Optional).
- Take a bowl or dessert tub and soak ladyfinger biscuits in Mandi Unique Coffee Liqueur. Add rum to the coffee liqueur if you like.
- You can also use thin vanilla cake slices.
- Now pipe the mascarpone mousse on top of the biscuits/cake soaked in Mandi Unique Coffee Liqueur and repeat the process to make two or three layers.
- Dust cocoa powder on top and chill in the freezer for 2 hours.
