We scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! This easy, classic in-house recipe is the perfect crowd-pleaser, whether it’s for a lively house party or a sweet after-dinner indulgence. You’ve got to try it!
Ingredients
- Cake of your choice. (You can try our pound cake recipe as well)
- 1 small banana
- Ice-cream of your choice. (We made this using vanilla)
- Mandi Unique Coffee Liqueur
Method
- Take a small dessert glass. Put a layer of your preferred cake with a spoon.
- Cut a banana into small pieces and add a layer on top of the cake.
- Put two scoops of your favourite ice cream.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Mandi Unique Coffee Liqueur (Add more if you prefer a stronger and sweeter taste)
- Enjoy!
